that you guys keep our graduation photos for a long time! i mean it was awesome cos there’s some pictures that I should’ve printed out long time ago. overall it was great!
The quality of the photo is terrible for the price charged. I ordered the 5x7 because I previously purchased an 8x10 that's unusable. Wondering if this is done intentionally so we have to pay for photoshopping? The glare off her face is caused by poor quality photography, not a blemish that needs touched up.
I canceled the order . Within 5 minutes of ordering it, I msg , you guys right away but I you still sent it
Pricing is quite expensive. You buy something and the next week there is a bigger sale on what you just paid for, too.
eventually resolved but was disappointed with initial delivery of my photos. they were only put in a paper envelope, so arrived bent and wet. very sloppy. finally did get the photos properly packaged
Incessant emails and marketing. Sub-par photos that you can't tell are sub-par until buying them because they were obscured in the preview thumbnails.

Your shipping is horrible! My order shipped November 22nd and it is now December 7 th and still NO order received. USPS has had 13 delivery days since my order shipped!

I received excellent customer service when I requested photos from 2015. Communication was clear and polite and the process was made as painless as possible for me from the start.
We haven’t received our order and it’s been 6 weeks.

Pics were horrible and very low quality. Not satisfied at all and I regret my purchase as well as not having my own photographer on hand. Lesson learned two times over.
