I received my order and it was not the right person on my order I surprised my wife and it was not her on the glass copy, everything else was great but that was the first picture in the bundle to be seen. I need to send it back and get hers replaced ASAP
Even at a discounted rate, the photos were VERY expensive. If I would have k ow how expensive I would have brought my own camera.
One of the three I ordered is actually blurry when printed larger. It looked fine on my phone when I ordered so it wasn't obvious especially with the watermarks moving thru it.
The photo poses and the way you made the student angle their head was not appealing at all. and outrageously priced
One picture is very dark and I got the bigger frame and it doesn’t hang on the wall. I tried to order a magnet but it wouldn’t let me select the image I wanted.
Digital content is not at all acceptable and also the quality of photos and selection is really bad.

The touch ups could be more professional. Example:
His tie was crooked. One of the pictures could have been cropped for a professional portrait option. No books and hands.
Otherwise, he's happy to have the memory preserved and so are we.

Pictures turned out better than I thought they would. I received my order fast and plan to purchase more soon.
Beautiful and fast delivery
The photos were very expensive. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we had to purchase these and how much they cost. If I had known, I wouldn't have had our only family picture taken by Graduation Photo. The photo was not great (my son wasn't looking and my husbands whole face was blocked). I thought a professional photographer would at least have to sense to make sure the picture looked good if they were expecting someone to purchase them.

My daughters graduation cap was half way off her head and she said the person didn't fix it or suggest to fix it so it looks like it's falling off . Huge disappointment when it's one of the most important days of her life.

The pricing is way too much.
My son’s photo plaque was not like others I’ve ordered in the past. The picture did not have a white border background. And the seal on the plaque did not have a shiny edge like the previous ones I’ve ordered before. Please replace and make it right.

Prices are too high in my opinion. But the quality of the pictures are nice. I would like the download options to be more reasonable.
The stage pictures had people in front of my son. The main portrait had the tassel swinging in front of his face. The photos that I bought were poor quality.
The editing of my photos were very disappointing
