Pricey for product
Only one photo and it wasn't even good. Very disappointed.
I recently attended my nephews high school graduation and noticed he and the school rep looked directly at the camera for the picture. This picture for Northwood mba is a profile picture and captures me looking down. There was plenty of time for graduates to pause and turn to the camera to capture this very memorable moment. Looking at my undergrad photo from U of M in 1999, it is a profile photo too which was disappointing then as well.
The website is not very user friendly. I would have preferred to have been able to purchase more than one pose (without the expense of a whole package). The majority of our order arrived in a timely manner, however there is still a picture and frame missing. When I called the company two weeks after the order had arrived, the lady who answered the phone could not tell me how long the missing item might take, nor whether it had been shipped. Her less than helpful response was to have me call back in two weeks. The photos themselves are not poor quality, however the metal pieces on the 3 collage frame were bent past the photos and they were creased.
I absolutely loved the photos.
Picture you print for me wasn't the same like it show. Because my son picture that took with group was cut off.

My graduate ordered about a week after I did and received her photos before I did. Be better at delivery timing.
Good pictures, fast service, website easy to navigate
Photo was dark and when I sent a complaint was told the room was dim. It was in a gym and not dim. I could get a replacement but by the time i had to return the one I had, pay postage and get the replacement, the photo wouldn’t get here in time for the open house that is this Saturday the 22nd. I think you could still send the photos priority mail. SharonSchall
I don't know if my disappointment is with the photographer or Northwood University. There is a lot to learn from how Delta College and Aquinas College set up for commencement photos. The only photo, of my graduate, is a profile shot while receiving his degree. There was no straight on photo taken. And the number of graduates attending commencement that day, is not a factor. Delta College and Aquinas College both had just as many and their photographers did a much better job with set up. My suggestion is to take a look at what Delta College and Aquinas College have done to get actual, memorable photos. Now my son wants me to set up a backdrop and take some myself. I have no problem with that, but I shouldn't have to, especially since I had to pay for the only shot taken that day, of my son receiving his degree.I hope things change for future graduates. Thank you.
Easy and quick service with great photos of my boy!
I could not clearly review the photos sent for me to select. the watermark was very distracting to be able to make a decision on which photo to select. That said, we are not happy with the print we selected and paid for. Additionally, all the photos were 1 pose with a different background, so no alternative options to pick from. So disappointed that I want to have my graduate re-dress in cap and gown and re-take photos.

The banner is in the background and I didnt have the option to edit it also he is holding his diploma upside down. The photographer should have noticed and corrected that.
Two photos of one daughter (Sumathi Last name removed-Juffa) were taken with some purple filter. I was told this couldn't be corrected, so I wasn't able to purchase those. There is almost always some kind of issue with these grad photo services because it is mass processing of graduations and students.
