Very nice pictures.
Downloads for photos are very expensive considering there is no physical product
Several of the pictures were edited very poorly. The people were floating noticeably over the grass and looked ridiculous. That type of editing is a normal part of the job and the proofing of the pictures afterwards should have caught that
The cost for packages are exceedingly expensive. While I understand Traverse City is a more affluent city not all students parents are. I purchased 3 photos of my bonus daughter for her mother and father because they couldn't afford them. I wish I could have purchased more.

my photo was grainy quality when it came in the mail, which was a bit disappointing… i expected the photo to look crisp but I don’t know if it was the matte material that made it look slightly blurry, but the photo does not look clear. It looks like I took a blurry photo on my phone and took it to cvs to print.
Never received our DIGITAL download we paid for. Only received hard copy pics.

Never received my magnets photos and the photo that I cropped and chose was not the photo that I received in the mail, highly disappointed. Was much more impressed with the photos and service in 2022 with a prior company when my son graduated from the same school.

The quality of the pictures I received was terrible for the price. They were blurry.
The photo have people walking in the background. I took one from the stands that didn’t have any people. Something for your photographers to watch for in the future. This is the second kid of mine w someone walking through the picture.
The quality of the photos was very poor. The lighting was not good at all. I felt like I had no choice but to purchase the pictures because I will never have this moment again but I would never have bought any if that wasn't the case so I almost feel taken advantage of. I could have taken better photos with my phone.

I mistakenly didn’t have the school and date on the first two pictures I ordered so I ordered two more with the school and date, but wasn’t allowed to return the first two photos, and I ordered them all on the same day so I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t cancel the first two photos, so I had to pay extra for pictures I didn’t need, and the Quality of the photos weren’t that good
Your prices are outrageous
Grandson graduated and wanted a photo of him…otherwise I don’t usually use this service.
