Faces on the pictures were too shiny

I am not very good with technology, but I had no trouble with any of the ordering process. I was able to pick my package and then easily upload the photos to my device.
Loved the plaque I ordered. The picture that was taken had the tassel over my Sons face. I asked for it to be deleted and they actually moved it. It looked fabulous and I was so pleased.
We have found the Extremely expensive downloads difficult to size and reprint. It should be a simple process to resize the photos to share with family and friends and they are not what we expected. We had better luck with the University photos posted on the public Facebook page.
Have yet to receive the family photo that was taken on campus. The pictures that I did order of my daughter at the ceremony were WAY over priced, especially for the quality.
The way my photos shipped is appalling! A very thin piece of “paper board” was not enough to insure safe delivery, especially paying what I did for 3 pictures. The outer shipping envelope was bent, torn, and dirty…..thankfully my pictures were fine. I will never come back to order more pictures of my daughters special day
Love that you were able to capture so many moments that I could not as well as some great poses of him alone. Pictures came quick after ordering. The only issue is I had misspelled a word on one of the orders and it was printed that way 😢 Otherwise, loved everything!
Out of the pictures that were captured and sent there were maybe 3 that I was able to use. There was not a huge selection. Possibly offer after ceremony pictures being taken. Or before. Disappointed! Thank u
I printed to pic to have as a memory and the pic is very dark, the lighting should have been adjusted before printing.

The quality was great, but I wish the actual photo had a better background and was a closer shot of receiving the diploma. But the photo was crisp and clear. Thank you
Pricing was terrible and pics were ok
The one candid photo I ordered, when I got it my daughter's face was blurry. I could not tell that when looking on the screen before ordering because the images you have moving over the top of the photo to stop people from screen grabbing made it difficult to check for quality. I made the assumption that you would not sell a blurry faced photo. That was wrong. So I paid a lot for a blurry 5x7.
Easy to view online and order. Excellent customer service- photo arrived damaged and a new one was sent quickly!

Prices were extremely high.
Photos were very unbecoming. Portrait shots after graduation should not be done as the graduate is rushing down the church isle. That results in very poor shots.
My pictures were ruined and I threw away and couldn't get a refund or same two photos. I also asked for the policy stating this as I wasn't able to produce the damaged 2 photos as I threw away as I was upset/disappointed.

Of the 4 options I had, I purchased a couple of the ones with my family - they're okay, but would have been better to not have the edges of two of the 5 people cut off. The lighting wasn't good but that's not really your fault.
