I love the quality and creative options
You need to make sure they are photographed correctly - some tassels weren’t laying right, some had hair in their face, some of the cords weren’t on top of the NHS or engineering sashes; I understand it was a little windy, but if you want people to pay for their photos, they need to be worthy of buying.

I need to speak with you guys about when it was mailed out. The USPS bent the envelope and the envelope said DO NOT BEND and it was bent. Please email at Email address removed or call at Phone number removed. I didn’t pay over $100 for it to arrive bent!!

Too expensive. Change your business model to get money from the universities instead of fleecing the students and their families for stuff that shouldn't be as expensive as you sell it.

They didn’t print the photo as it was on the proofs they sent me. They zoomed in which made it blurry.
Way too expensive
I have consistently emailed and called customer service. I ordered 2 5x7 photos and a 5x7 in the tassel frame. I have never received my tassel frame, only the 2 other 5x7 that came in an envelope. I paid for the frame and would like this matter handled but have not received any response.
I understand that retouching is time consuming but the fees to retouch everything being separate is disappointing with such an expensive photo.
