Great service & the photo i ordered was beautiful!!
I bought my photos and they came after 10 business days, however when it came, my pictures were not only bent, they were also torn. Don’t recommend.
Fast. Great product.
The photos were blurry. I’ve sent them back and awaiting a reversal on charges.
The cost of photos/packages is unreasonably high. And with the watermarks as they are it’s hard to see the quality of photos. One of mine was blurry and I couldn’t see that in the online digital version I selected.
overpriced. Quality for the hand shake while receiving diploma was not great and not super clear. Disappointed for the price

My son's picture was crooked on the plaque I ordered which was not cheap... even if the picture was taken crooked (which I would hope it wasn't since it was taken by a professional photographer) I would have hoped they would have adjusted it in production to make it straighter on the plaque... this would be great if it could be redone and sent to me??

Good quality photos.
I wasn't able to see my daughter's face clear enough upon ordering (all the wording all over the picture makes it hard to REALLY see details), and when I got the picture I noticed a portion of her tassel had swung over in front of her face by her mouth. I would not have ordered it if I had seen that...but it is what it is. Nothing you can do to fix it.
The service. You allow family to enjoy the moment of their loved ones graduation knowing they will receive a photo from the moment that is taken from the perfect angle.

Photo received that was not smooth on one side, then person wanted us to pay for return shipping. Called them on the phone and they said just write return to sender on envelope that new picture came in. Don't know why they needed it back- seems like a waste of money and more work for delivery service- and what are they going to do with a bad picture? Pictures were expensive we thought. Would have purchased more but didn't due to cost. Also, coloring of face on pictures was not good for a professional picture.
I was disappointed with how the picture looked considering how much it cost. I thought it was very expensive.

I only ordered two 5 X 7's but I was disappointed with the quality of the picture. Just look at the cap - it looks like there is a shadow of his cap on the background and it also looks a little out of focus. It's just not sharp enough.
We really liked the product offerings, pictures and prompt service. It is a bit expensive, however. Thank you!

Loved having this available and it was great to get a nice photo of our daughter receiving her diploma.

The pictures were great quality there were photos at many different price points so I could find something that fit my budget.
The price was awful. But, they get you when your child is graduating from college especially when a lot of these kids didn’t get a “ real “ high school graduation. For the price they should have been printed on canvas not just a digital link.
