The pictures were not very good. So maybe it's a fault with the photographer but my pictures were all terrible. Things weren't lined up, you could see tons of stuff in the background that shouldn't be visual. And the pictures were pricey for what I did purchase. Being it was literally a one time thing I felt a bit forced into buying what I did, only 2 things.

Pictures were excellent and lots of poses to select from! Quick shipping, however the pictures were mailed in a basic brown envelope with essentially no protection from bending or from the weather. Given the expense of the photos, you could certainly find a better and more protective method of shipping!
The photos were very well done. However the price was more than most people should have to spend.

Expensive very basic photo
The photos weren't real good, there was a 1/2 of a student in the picture in front of my student. The print and trim quality was not good for what I paid for them. The print on the photos we're too small and hard to read.
We downloaded the link after paying and were very disappointed at the lack color balance as if the white balance was not properly adjusted.
I had print made and they are awful.

I paid for digital photos and have never received them. I called regarding this and have never received a response.
The photos weren’t what I expected. My son graduated and he should the university presidents hand, but the angle of the photo Was such you couldn’t see the president of my son. They could have had the kids pause for like 5 seconds on their walk shake hands in a pose for photo then continue on. I just expected something more professionally done than the ones I took.
I like the portraits but thought the magnet was too small and over priced.
My first order was wrong so I called and was sent a second order. The second order was also wrong. This upcoming order will be my third order and I honestly doubt the lab will get it right. The second and third correction orders were placed by phone and I was not charged which is why the rating was a four and not zero.

The first time you shipped by son's 8x10 photo (on 5/28) it never arrived. Customer service reordered it for me on 6/17. I hope this time it arrives.
I thought the photos were prohibitively expensive. I had two kids graduate this year and wanted a couple different photos of each, and it would have cost me about $90 just for wallets. It just wasn’t feasible. I ended up only ordering one pose each and it was still quite a lot for just wallets, in my opinion.

The quality of the digital image was horrible - extremely low resolution - if I am paying $100 for three pictures then the least one can expect is they are high resolution images. Plus the only format electronic format available was jpeg - even a little bit of zooming in pixelates the image completely. Very disappointed, wasted my money.
My photos arrived damaged. I’ve sent two emails and called and I have received no response.
Theses photos were not cheap and I have and will continue to tell everyone not to use you.

When we received our photos we realized our daughter had a tassel on her face in one of them and they fixed it for free.
The pictures look good, just the prices are outrageously expensive. I know these are college pictures, but you almost have to save up years before your graduate graduates just to afford them. The picture packages you offer make it to where you have to buy a more expensive package just to get all poses digitally, which means we not only have to pay you for the digital rights but, then we have to pay to print them elsewhere. I get it. Many companies do that, but you have the highest prices by far and you don't offer any discounts or have coupons or special codes. Also, the same picture on different backgrounds seemed kind of a ripoff. I just bought them all because I didn't want to leave any of my son's pictures behind. Thanks.
