70$ for 1 jpg. download is a lot. Your prices are putting parents and staff at a disadvantage for not being allowed to photograph their own children from that far.
It's price gagging. And the $15.00 laminated photograph I ordered was pixilated and hazy. So either way your.product unless the jpg. Download is sub par at best.
Great photo
The picture is washed out and not color corrected.
It took over a month to receive my order and after contacting you a new order was sent. Both arrived on the same day.
I didn’t get what I ordered. I have been in conversation with a customer service representative and she just went dark. There seem to be two conflicting records of what I ordered.
The photo captured the moment, was centered nicely, and colors were sharp and vivid.
The photos of my son at graduation were very dark. It's hard to distinguish his robe from the background behind him. I'd chalk it up to dark on dark, but his facial skin is also unnatually dark. It's not the worst thing I've ever seen, but it's disappointing because I also think your packages are quite expensive. We decided to just get one 5x7 image of two poses because of how expensive they are, but with them so dark, we probably won't even hang them up anywhere.
I don't know if it's possible, but I'd love a lighter version of the pics.

I paid close to 20$ per picture and the photos sent to me were blurry. For 20$ I should be able to expect unblurry photos. This is a ripoff
Photos were ok. Many were from so far away, I got better shots on iphone15.
People would buy more if this stuff was reasonably priced.
The time it takes to receive the order is a bit too long.

Your pricing for 3 digital photos is insane! I was forced to get 3 because there was no option for just 2! The pricing is ridiculous!
My photo came completely bent- and the picture was on the side side - wish it was a little closer

Great fast service
I had the privilege of handing my son his diploma at graduation and was excited to order the picture. I received 2 pictures that looked like I had ordered them from a pharmacy photo instead of an $18 picture from a professional photographer. The exposure was too dark. I'm extremely disappointed!
I liked having the choice to pick individual items or a package.

Too expensive
Either adjust your lighting for the portrait with the backdrop to eliminate the shadow coming off the cap and the gown sleeves or edit the photos for free to fix it.
Absolutely loved the up close / quality photos of my son receiving his diploma. These are photos I would have never been able to capture while sitting in the bleachers. I’m very grateful for these photos.
Ridiculous pricing. I bought it, but you were basically holding my child's graduation hostage.
