Different options/packages
Photography prices vary greatly between companies and your prices were reasonable and you offered a variety of packages/choices. We purchased graduation announcements with our daughter's cap & gown photo and were very happy with them!
My son’s photo when he was in his row didn’t even show his face. I also wish they would have taken a picture with his diploma.
The formal photo with the diploma and flags was nice. However the rest of the photos were not good. I did order some because my son wanted them. You should have photographers set up a certain spots during the diploma walk and have markers on the floor for students to stop or slow down to take the additional photos. The price is way too expensive!!!! Also the only way I knew about ordering these was because my son told me. He had to register with your site which then added me. Wrong way to do this, parents should be told upfront. I missed my 2023 graduate's photos because he didn't tell me.
Too high prices, black background with black gowns
The pictures were not great quality especially for the price! I reluctantly bought them as we can not replay the moment but what a disappointment!

When will I be receiving anything I ordered?
It was convenient (pictures were taken before graduation ceremony) and the pictures turned out great.
Never received my photos and have tried to connect with you three times to request photo or refund. Had one response.
More bundle options with better prices

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Two years ago grad photos were free through the school and now $60 for one download or $100 for three? Had no choice but to pay but this was absolute robbery.
Day of event did capture several shots of our student both on stage and in the crowd. Good identification of proper student, however the pictures coming across stage and were from a bad angle and timing. Appreciated that moment was caught but for the price point of images, would have expected the photographer (or mult if needed for speed students crossed) would have had better positioning set up to capture the images. Student centered in frame for walk or handshake, handoff of diploma.
Photos are super expensive for no reason. I ordered a few and the quality was so bad. My phone had 10 times here quality than photos I received from you guys. Literally I wasted my money. It's a useless service.
