My daughter’s teeth looked the same color as her skin which is not accurate. Her teeth are whiter as most peoples are. I paid for retouching but apparently teeth are not part of retouching. With prices this high, every other photographer we have ever used provides better quality.
Offer 4x6 size option. The smallest size I saw for individual pics was 5x7.

The photos should be available immediately upon payment. There is no reason for further delay after that.

I haven’t received any information on my second part of my order and it hasn’t arrived. My frame arrived but my plaque never did. I haven’t heard anything about the order, before I called I wants to wait just incase the holiday pushed it back, but we still haven’t received anything.
The photos are great and we would have ordered more if they weren’t so pricey.

Out of 20-25 photos first 10 are same from next 10 only 2 is perfect so if I want to take 2 photos it’s very high price where if I take 10 photos it’s 200 means just 20 per single photo how come there is no worth of taking 10 where only 2 is perfect that’s the reason most of us friends not took it
You should keep more stuffs to take more photos or allow our friends/family members till stage to take our pics

The difference between the 2 photos of my kids... Not sure if the school used different cameras or the photo shop used different materials but I'm pretty disappointed with the 2024 photo. Poor quality. :/ The 2023 one is fantastic.
