Clear nice photos
Photos were bent when I received them. Could use better packaging when mailing.
Need more photo package options. Had to pay for 10 photos when didnt even have 10 of me (had 9 i believe).

When I ordered my grandson's graduation pictures. I didn't know I wasn't going to get actual pictures. I received downloads to go pay to get the pictures printed. I am a senior citizen on a fixed budget. I can't afford to pay twice I would not have paid for downloads.😱

It was hard to see the photo with proof all over their face. I probably would have pick another photo instead of the one I received.
At the time of our daughter's graduation in 2018 from undergrad and 2022 from medical school we were more focused on paying for tuition than buying pictures. Now years laters, we were so happy her pictures were still available and the young lady who helped me place the order was extremely helpful. Thank you! Cindy Shemetaro
Fast service great pictures
I felt like it took a long time to get photos, I had to reach out and follow up a lot to even get them delivered. Also the retouching that I paid for just turned my teeth grey.

Quality is terrible especially for the prices set. No high resolution or touch ups were done for the picture. Pictures are not packaged in a protective sleeve to prevent rubbing damage during shipping. Very overly priced.

Make it a little easier to use. The photos are extremely nice and trust me as a parent it’s so nice not to have to worry about catching the right moment.
