I was disappointed by the low-quality envelope the photos were shipped in. There was little protection from them being bent. For how expensive these were, I expected much much better
The picture you guys took was outstanding! There was a problem with one of my photos being damaged in shipping, and you guys fixed it immediately and replaced it! In the future, though, I would cover both pictures just to save you guys time and money as well! But great job and I loved loved loved your Customer service

I think the picture is great, however the price for an 8x10 was high. Shipping took a long time also.

The photo is blurry. We have to order again and hope what we get is not blurry.
After roughly 6 months of no photos, I went to my bank statements and saw that the check had been cashed not too long after writing it. I then call and find out that the pictures weren't sent because I provided no e-mail? You cashed the check but did not send any pictures? No attempt was made to contact me. (You had an address) if I hadn't contacted you, you would have had my money and I no pictures. What would you do with somebody who for whatever reason didn't have a computer? Would that person not be able to get pictures from you? I rarely give out my e-mail as I don't want to be bombarded with whatever I will now get ad nauseum as advertisements. Up till now the people I have dealt with have been respectful of my not providing e-mail with transactions. The photos were nice, thank you.

When I ordered my grandson's graduation pictures. I didn't know I wasn't going to get actual pictures. I received downloads to go pay to get the pictures printed. I am a senior citizen on a fixed budget. I can't afford to pay twice I would not have paid for downloads.😱
