I have been wanting to get my bike tuned up for a while and waited for the Frisco location to finish being built so I could take it there. The guys working at the service were nice and knowledgeable about bikes and thoroughly went over everything that they thought needed to be done while showing you on the bike stand/holder. Got the bike back a day earlier and it's in perfect working order again, so, thank you for the good service and the fair pricing.

Entering a place 30 minutes before they close for the day in hopes to get service is always a hit or miss, but not at Bike Mart. I was able to get my tube changed on my tire at 6:30 at night and the service was pleasant and helpful. I forever grateful for good service.

The employee walked me through everything and waas extremely helpful. When upselling me he wasn't pushy and honestly offered things i needed and it felt like he was helping me get started with biking.

I said it before and will say it again about Bike Mart. Customer service is so important and Bike Mart is about customer service. Went to Bike Mart in Prosper/Frisco on Saturday as it was about time to but a new road bike. I know David W for some years from the other store and he took great care of me and my wife. David and Brian spent about 2 hours with us and were so patient. Yesterday I picked up my bike and David found and extra small Liv bike for my wife.
It is great to see Bike Mart expanding and doing all the right things.
All your employees are friendly and knowledgeable. A great staff.

BEN ELTING!!! What an amazing person!!! It felt like visiting my old home town little bike shop and fixed my sons bike in five minutes. We had a few questions, and he answered them all with absolute expertise! This guy knows bikes!
He showed us some bike locks that we were looking for and a mirror my son had been wanting for a long time and it was perfect!
I was so impressed. I asked him about some bikes for myself, and instead of hitting me off the same sales person he questions perfectly, and pointed me to the the bike I’ll be getting in the future. I came home and researched the bike and it was absolutely every single thing he said the perfect bike for me.! Thank you Ben! You just made a lifelong customer out of me and I’ll be the most influential evangelist that Bike Mart has ever seen! What an amazing experience!!!! Thank you!
