Dropped bike off for a detail and freshen up. Looked brand new and was ready to go a week later. Staff was very nice and easy to work with.
Second bicycle purchase from Bike Mart. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable helping us fit my wife with a bike that was more tailored to her body style than just the random off the wall/shelf bike. The staff even recommended she test ride it so that she could feel for herself the differences between her choices and help her feel more in control of the choice.
While we waited for set up, they pulled the same model bike in a different size up to the counter and walked her through the features and made sure she understood how to operate them. No pushy sales on accessories just pointed us in the direction and said “here ya go, let me know if you have questions about anything”.

The staff was great! I was helped by 2 gentlemen that assisted me in purchasing a gift card. They were knowledgeable with the new store and what it has to offer as well as what is coming.
You did excellent work on our bikes! They both ride like they just left the showroom floor. On my mountain bike, both of my brakes work well and both of my shifters also are working well. On my wife's recumbent bike, the new tires are great and the brakes and shifters are working fine. The new chains on both bikes are also great. Thanks for giving both of our bikes a "new life."
