Hart was very helpful
Took sons bikes to have derailer adjusted. Did just that but suggested we replace to return to best working order. We did just that and the bike is perfect. It was not a cheap repair, but less than a whole new bike and the whole set up works better than first assembled. Thank you!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Everyone is so friendly
Quick turnaround on service

Great customer service and willing to share repair and service tips.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind.
Phenomenal customer service and expertise!
The team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Several members offered their advice and shared some of their experiences which helped my wife and me make a decision on which mountain bikes would be a good fit for us as well as helped us purchase some gear that we needed as well. Overall great experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable team.
Thomas was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I’m returning the product.
Everything was great!
friendly staff did a good service on my bike
Very friendly and fast service. Very courteous
The manager was very helpful.
Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Prices were pretty competitive with REI, which was my original go-to place for bike service and parts.
Great friendly customer service.
From the moment we walked in to the store, we saw were helped. My teen son didn’t know how to communicate what he wanted to do with his old BMX bike. They figured out exactly what he wanted, gave me an estimate for parts and service, and immediately went to work on his bike. Prices were very reasonable and they were clearly experts.
Alver is great and very helpful. Mostly confused with why you say this store in in Prosper. It's not. Very weird.
Not expensive and fast service
Always friendly and knowledgeable staff without feeling pressured

I liked the staff. They seemed knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I explained what I wanted and got good advice without overly pushy sales tactics. I didn’t mind reminders about need for accessories. That was OK. I’m a senior citizen, and one thing I particularly appreciated was staff not talking down to me.
On the negative side, I bought a used size Large (29”) Cannondale Trail 7 in like-new condition for $699. I bought it even though it was a tad large and I was thinking to get a hybrid. I recognized it was a superb bike and I liked the way it rode in a short test drive.
But… what sealed it was the sales person’s reply when I asked what the bike went for new and he replied $1000 (also, to be fair, I heard the sale price to be $600 not $699). I trusted his information the new price was $1000 and thought 40% off was awesome so I bought it on the spot.
When I got home, I surveyed prices for the Cannondale Trail 7 and saw two things: new bikes sell below $699 and the bike never sold for $1000 that I could find.
Maybe he was just mistaken and it’s on me for not checking on the spot. Just that if I didn’t think the used bike was 40% off, I’d have gotten a new hybrid in a smaller size like 700C.
I think the price was reasonable and I’m happy with the bike, but my advice would be not to throw numbers out carelessly and to research prices on used equipment.
