Both times were were in store, to select and then to pickup the bike, were great experiences. Both sales associates were extremely kind with my 8 year old son while he chose his bike. They were patient, positive, and made him feel special on both occasions. If you are looking for people to grow both your sales and the sport, you’re nailing it. 10/10.

The people who work there are so great! I never have to wait long, they are super helpful and knowledgable. I know nothing and they help me get everything I need for my kids. I rarely write reviews for anything- but Bike Mart has consistently gone above and beyond. I know I can count on them and would never go anywhere else.
