The representative at the counter in the service department, was very attentive, quick to answer and provide the cost of repairs. A text and email arrived early the next day that the repair was complete. The service person detected my frustration with the small non standard Schrader valve on the damaged tube and installed the larger valve.
This adjustment was very much appreciated!

Brian helped find a bike that made sense for me (again...he helped my daughter last year), Corey explained some things on the bike before I rode off to make sure I understood the differences between it and my 15 year old trade-in, and another young man whose name escapes me at the moment, was very relaxed, helpful, and non-judgmental with me to suggest what accessories I might and might not need. All around, a great experience, as usual. Grateful to have you guys so nearby!
