Everything, Tucker could not have been more patient in explaining all of the various bikes to choose from. and was extremely knowledgeable in all of the various features that were on the bikes. Theresa and I will highly recommend Western Cycles to everyone. Also Jamie was very accommodating in trying to fit all of our biking accessories into our budget.

The entire staff at Western Cycle in Seabrook are terrific. It starts with Jamie the owner and extends down to every sales and repair/tech support staff member. Customer satisfaction always comes first.

Western Cycle has a nice selection of quality bikes. I needed to order my frame size from Trek and it came in on time and I was notified when it was ready for pickup. The owner made a few suggestions for component upgrades and they installed them while I waited. Overall very happy with both the purchasing process and the personalized service. I would recommend Western Cycle to anyone looking to purchase a new bike.
