Called in to request a quick adjustment of my front derailleur with no time to spare prior to a three-day rail trail outing in Vermont. Without even mentioning my trip or pressing timeline, Western Cycle let me drop the bike off immediately and had it completed and ready for pick-up a couple of hours later. Bottom line; repair and maintenance services there are excellent and I feel very fortunate to have Western Cycly in my area.

Bike shops that don't have an issue with servicing tandems aren't uncommon but I appreciated the excellent work and service at Western, along with their true enthusiasm about cycling in general. Their prices were very reasonable.

Jamie was very good. He knew a lot about the bikes, no pressure and great fun.

Came in to the shop hoping to pick up a bike for my kid. They didn’t have it on the floor but had the one we wanted out back in a box. They built it for us and I was out of there within 45 minutes. They were all very friendly and helpful. Top notch service. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone.
