Bike shops that don't have an issue with servicing tandems aren't uncommon but I appreciated the excellent work and service at Western, along with their true enthusiasm about cycling in general. Their prices were very reasonable.

Jamie was very good. He knew a lot about the bikes, no pressure and great fun.

Came in to the shop hoping to pick up a bike for my kid. They didn’t have it on the floor but had the one we wanted out back in a box. They built it for us and I was out of there within 45 minutes. They were all very friendly and helpful. Top notch service. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone.

I visited Western Cycle in Seabrook, New Hampshire, for the first time, and I heartily recommend this store. I took a bike that my nephew had purchased from a "friend" in for repair.
Zach was very professional, thorough, and informed while he waited on me. He examined the bike and informed me of the necessary repairs. He also called me at home to inform me of any additional repairs he discovered. The bike was in poor condition, but after the repairs, it rode like a brand new bike. My nephew was overjoyed. For bike repairs or a new bike purchase, this is now my first choice. They offer a wide variety of bicycles.
