Tucker was very helpful sizing a bike for my son. He also explained the differences between a few to help make our decision . He was able to get the exact one my son wanted sent to our local western cycles for no additional cost in a very timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and helpful ! We wil be back !

Took it for a short ride, great so far.

Great service and incredible bikes. I went back to find out if I could play music on my new Segway bike I bought from them.they showed me how to change the songs from my bike and pause and play and the owner gave me a free Bluetooth speaker. Also the bike I got had GPS on screen through my phone. A lock that locks the back tire, and much more. Go to western cycle leave with a bike and you wonder why you didn't do it sooner. Thank western cycle for a life changing bike and great customer service.

Tucker (Seabrook NH) went above and beyond, helping me print mailing labels (I was having technical difficulties in getting them printed) and adding labels to the bike shipping box. My wife and I were not rushed in that endeavor to get our bike ready for shipment by UPS.
