Western Cycle is an excellent shop for pre-sales, and post sales info about all things bikes. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very helpful when I was looking for help with a specific Trek electric mountain bike all the way through to the acquisition of the bike. They also helped a ton with all the needed accessories to go with it.

Ordering the model and color as well as the bike building itself were prompt, with a courtesy phone call updating me on time frames.
