Western Cycle is an excellent shop for pre-sales, and post sales info about all things bikes. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Very helpful when I was looking for help with a specific Trek electric mountain bike all the way through to the acquisition of the bike. They also helped a ton with all the needed accessories to go with it.

I am a customer now of both locations - NH and MA. Excellent, excellent experience overall. Would highly recommend this shop for any bike purchase going forward.

Ordering the model and color as well as the bike building itself were prompt, with a courtesy phone call updating me on time frames.
