I was really impressed with the speed and quality of the service I received.
I wrote a review on Google, so I'll paste it here as well. My son's bicycle pedal kept falling out after self assembly. Called around and came across this company. I didn't think to get the guy's name but he was so kind and helpful. He fixed things that stuck out like a store thumb and didn't take long. Customer service was superb and the layout of the store is pretty nice. They have a lot of bicycles and accessories and I would for sure recommend them for all your bike needs

I drive past the White Rock store because they are rude and un-attentive. Even accused me of lying when I attempted to make a parts return.

Mythias was very polite, professional and friendly. I asked him if the bike was worth getting repaired. He showed me things that indicate it was still a good bike, that it had been taken care of asked him what a new bike would cost... he was knowledgeable. I appreciate what he had to say and made the decision to go ahead and fix the bike. he helped me get the bike out of the car.
when I picked up the bike although the person was friendly they didn't offer to put the bike in my car. as I got to the door another employee who was a white- haired ran to the door took the bike and asked if I needed help putting it in my car. He put it in my car and I appreciated it. I am an active woman and very independent but I am 65 years old and do appreciate the help.
Yes, of course I would recommend Bike Mart to a friend. but I do think every employee should offer to physically take the bike to help customers put a bike in their vehicle! Especially a 65 year old woman!
