The employees there are top notch. My fiancé and I both had the best shopping experience. The staff was very welcoming, took time to answer all our question and really made sure we made the best possible buying decision. Nothing ever felt forced. One of the things that stood out was how clean and organized the store was. That’s was a big deciding factor for us to shop there.
The bikes there are also amazing! Beautiful, properly priced in today’s current economy and just quality. We will be absolute coming back when we’re ready for another bike.

Drove up from Kingman AZ to Trek West in LV to have annual service performed on my Rail 7. In light long drive to have this work performed service technicians expedited the worked. New tires, replaced chain and minor adjustments I was back on the road and heading home in less than two hours. Thank you Trek West LV!

Always friendly and they back up what they work on. They recently gave me new front and rear derailers, mounted and tuned for no charge, because an attempted repair on my gummed up 20+ year old mountain bike derailers didn’t work when I got it home. Great service and always helpful.
Identifying issues with my current mtn bike and spending the time to explain both when I dropped it off and picked it up. I just completed my first ride in the mountains and it appears to work well.
I just had my e-bike tuned up and serviced for the first time after 1,300 miles of riding, including replacement of the disc break pads, lubrication of the chain and moving parts, adjusting the derailers, etc. It's like a new bike again. The work was done on time and on budget, as promised. The staff is very knowledgable about bikes and friendly. -- Bill M

After 10 years, my bike frame got a crack in it and not only did i get a new frame from the warranty but they rebuilt the bike onto the frame and I even got a new back wheel. I am really happy with my new bike.
