I had shifters replaced. Work was done in a timely and professional manner. The operation of the new shifters was well explained by their mechanic. This is definitely our bike shop.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and they know their job well. I appreciate their attention to detail, knowledge of their products, and their work. You leave feeling confident you were not ripped off or got the wrong part. They actually listen to the your problem with the bike and come up with a solution that is long lasting. They go above and beyond in my opinion. Will be back.

Good service at a fair price. Chelsea was very helpful in detailing the issues I was having at check in and both the noise and slipping seat post were fixed. Appreciate the updated seat post clamp at no charge...hope this one lasts longer.

We brought our two mountain bikes in for service and were pleasantly surprised on how respectful and knowledgeable the staff was. The gentleman who helped us went over everything that needed to be done on our bikes and we agreed to have the work done. He said it would take a couple of days to get the work done. He called a couple of days later and said the bikes were ready to be picked up. They did a great job on our bikes. We will always have our maintenance done there. The price was great too.

The service is fantastic. The gentleman that helped me didn’t charge me to replace a tube on my tire he only charged me for the item. That was very generous of him.
