The bike shop provided timely, professional service on my bike. They explained what work they did and why it needed to be done. I'll definitely take my other bikes to this shop for tune-ups and other service work.

I walked into the shop experiencing some issues with my brakes. I told them I was in from out of town and had to leave the next day for a bike event. I came in during the last hour of business, and even though the staff was busy, they insisted on helping me right away. They got to it immediately and solved my problem so quickly.
The staff were super nice and so accommodating! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend the store to someone else.

The team at Trek Corte Madera - Steve, Rafael, Dwayne and Kenny - always go above and beyond to provide fantastic service, advice and best in class products. I ride road, gravel and mountain - and thus have a lot of bikes to maintain! They've helped me so many times when I've needed rapid (and sometimes complex) solutions - like yesterday when I was on a ride and realized a brake pad was getting thin - they dropped everything to replace it on the spot, late on a Friday afternoon - to get me back back safely on the road. They care! Kudos to the Trek CM team!
