The Trek staff at the Ft. Apache location were friendly and very knowledgeable about the service I needed and repair work I requested. The repair work was finished before the close of business.
Products are clearly top-line and innovative. Everyone at the store was professional, knowledgeable, and able to clearly explain their recommendations about my drivetrain upgrade. They kept me apprised of their progress by texting photos of the work-in-process, and they were patient with my subsequent nit-picking questions. I am a retired Chemical Engineer with a lifetime of questioning process details, and I really appreciate their patience with me in that regard. Top notch shop. Friendly staff, great selection.
Rolled in with a flat and they promptly replaced my tube and recommended the worlds coolest portable pump. While replacing the tube they discovered my rear tire had a damaged casing and was wobbling even though the wheel itself was true. They recommended a high quality replacement at a reasonable price.

I have two Trek Bicycles. A fuel EXE 9.8 XT also have a Domani carbon fiber both bikes are incredible. I figure if I want them repaired. I take them to the truck store since they know those bikes the best this shop is close to me and very convenient
Trek team provided Level 2 service on my Cervelo P3 tri bike. Took care of all my specific issues as requested. Met all time constraints - no waiting to speak to a bike tech to explain problems, dropped bike off with no waiting, picked up bike same. They answered all my specific questions. Great job.
