The whole process was very customer-friendly. I love that there is no chemical residue. My carpet has been cleaned several times in the past but only Zerorez cleaned the grayish traffic patterns.

I think our carpet turned out really well. It is really really bad and probably should get replaced soon but this really bought us some time. of all the professional cleaners out there your process by far did the best with removing the pet smells. With 3 dogs and 4 cats that's hard to do!!!
