Friendliness of tech. Treatment of my property. Professionalism . One tiny negative. Tech was I believe training a new tech and I was told that there was a small food stain on front of my kitchen chair seat that they couldn't get it out. I said that,s fine they are still looking better than they were. After they left I looked at said chair and it was a very small food partical that I removed with my fingernail. Due to the width of the front of the chair seat an up and down stroke would have been better than a horizontal stroke of just once around front of chair cushion. I am overall very satisfied and even emailed Steve and Gina at the Kat and tol them how please I was as that is where I heard about ZEROREZ
They were on time and they charged what they said they would charge.

Our carpet looks fantastic! I was very pleased that you were able to get a particularly dirty area clean. The only down side was that the carpet had a couple of ripples in it like it had been stretched too much. We called and are giving it a couple of days to see if it flattens out.

In our bedroom, there was a spot where we have spilled windex. The carpet was blue. It doesn't look like that stain was removed. Otherwise happy overall.

The two technicians that came to our house were great - very professional and nice. They explained all the services that we had requested, made recommendations to us, and told us exactly what our final bill would be. Once they started, they were efficient, didn't leave water all over the house like other companies have done, and so far we are very pleased. We had a couple areas where our dogs had marked repeatedly, and they seem to be free of any staining or odor. They were also able to get stains out of the tile in our entryway that were from the previous owners (3+ years old). We were very pleased!
