I like the fact that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals and it is safe for my children and pets to be on the carpet after it has been cleaned.
The service was very professional and there was not a "cleaning product" aroma in the house after the carpets were cleaned. My only concern was that there were two discolored areas that showed up in our carpets when they finally dried.
