Carpet is soft and obviously clean. You could have better extraction though as some spots are still wet two days later even with the air conditioner running the whole time.

He was on time, did an awesome THOROUGH job and even offered to walk around to our back door to get the check because I didn't want to walk on the carpet because it was so "clean".
