Our service technician did a great job! Very cordial and respectful! Covered all the details and was very careful while performing the job. We were a little disappointed that the blackness didn't come out of our family room high traffic area.

the 2 men Chris and Nate were on time and called me in advance and they were able to
clean the rust spots in the carpet.

The technician did a super job. There were some difficult stains to get out. For the most part, he was able to remove all of them. (Some would have been impossible.)
