The technician did a super job. There were some difficult stains to get out. For the most part, he was able to remove all of them. (Some would have been impossible.)

Technician was very business-like and professional. Especially appreciated the care taken to use the covers that ptortected the corners of our walls from any possible damage by the rubbing of the water extraction hoses on the wall corners. Appreciatd the ability to have the job completed when our schedule allowed for a cleaning of our entire home.
you do get the carpet clean
We had some storm damaged furniture cleaned. The water spots were removed and the chairs and couch look wonderful.
You were on time, the young man was friendly and knowledgeable. He even put my couch back where it belonged and left some foam things if I wanted to put something back before everything was completely dry. Today I am getting furniture back in place and the carpet looks great.

That you use empowered water instead of soap which attracts dirt and requires cleanings more often.
