Courteous and informed technician. Thorough and quick in cleaning. Great job on a heavily soiled somewhat older carpet. Technician made no promises on what could be done with the carpet, but in the end, a highly satisfying job done. The areas done smelled very clean as well as looking clean. very little moisture let in the carpet and it dried very quickly. Had my entire upstairs done with stairs and will have them back in a month to do the main floor.
Paul was great! Carpets are clean and smells great. No residue!! No chemicals!! I'll have this done every year now. I've always hated getting carpets cleaned because of that sticky residue left behind, but this process left the carpets soft and also cleaned very well. Every spot came up. I will definitely do this again.

CARPET REALLY FELLS GREAT AND HAS NO SMELL--JUST FRESH. THIS CARPET IS 20 YEARS OLD AND IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FADING OF THE SUN ON DARK GREEN CARPET, THIS CARPET WOULD LOOK NEW. WE HAVE PETS AND YOUR CLEANERS HAVE TAKEN THE "DOG" SMELL OUT OF THE HOUSE. THANK YOU, WE WILL USE YOU AGAIN.
