I believe the product is "GREAT"! I was amazed at how fluffy the carpets felt after they were dry. The only smell is a slight citrus smell which is really quite pleasant. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very friendly! The walls had just been painted and he took great caution in not getting any marks on them. My carpet was extremely dirty. I was considering just tearing it out and replacing it. However, I decided to try Zerorez after seeing a representative on a local TV show. That person was showing before and after pictures of carpets they had cleaned and the results looked excellent. So, I thought what the heck, I will give them a try.
I cannot believe how clean my carpets are now. I didn't think it was possible. I am very impressed with Zerorez and I will enjoy telling other people about it.
