That it is all natural with no use of soaps. We had pet urine smells in several spots in our carpet and after zerorez cleaned the carpets, the smell was gone. In addition, the zerorez employees were very perfessional, explained everything before they completed the work and did not accept payment until I was completely satisfied with the work. Zerorez will be the only company I will use for any future carpet cleaning.
