Having had our are rugs cleaned by several other prominent companies in the past with very little difference in appearance to having Zerorez make them look near new at such a reasonable price is just amazing. The team was punctual, courteous and professional. They explained everything thoroughly went the extra mile when I asked them to go back over some of our badly stained dinning chairs. No guessing who we'll use the next time.
Technician took the time to explain how the zerorez system works and assessed my home room by room; our primary concern was pet stains from our older dog. The technician did a fantastic job and even gave us recommendations regarding solving our dog's accidents (as he is also a vet tech!) He was able to offer us a fair price which was appreciated since we had a large area to clean. I am looking forward to hosting Christmas in a fresh, clean home. I would highly recommend Zerorez (and our tech, Paul!)

I had trouble with a stubborn pet stain after the first cleaning. Zerorez promptly came back and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
The service man explained the procedure he would be doing before he started and he did a very good job. I feel I have finally found the product that cleans my carpet the way I want it to be.
Paul, our service technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took time to explain everything to us. Long standing stains were removed and the carpet is the cleanest it has been the n years. The only drawback is that it took 24 hours for some areas to dry.

They are a little pricey, but we'll see how everything looks in a few months, never used Zerorez before.

Zerorez cleansed all of the dirt that was left behind in our carpet that our Bissell left. Our carpet is fairly old and matted down, especially the stairs. We were very pleased how much newer the carpet looks after Zerorez finished. They were fast,and thorough. I will recommend Zerorez to my friends.

The same day service was awesome! My wife and I both have demanding schedules. So it helps us a great deal that your company is flexible. We called you at noon on a Saturday and the guys were at our house at 4!
