The man who came to 12002 Amarado Blvd. and went into apartment 203 was very informed,extremely professional, genuinelyeH concerned,and very humane with the two tiny furry dogs who were reason for needed Zerorez services. He explained Zerorez characteristics and benefits. He understood tiny Shitzus are innocent animals who only want to love everyone. Zerorez and staff will be highly recommended to everyone who comes to apartment, as well as anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. Zerorez may use my name, Makayla Latham, to promote Zerorez.

The guys were very nice and thorough, cleaned up after themselves, etc. They both get two thumbs up. My only complaint is that my carpet is still pretty wet over 24 hours later. I know it's been very muggy out, which makes it tougher to dry. I finally fetched a fan to help, but it might be a good idea to suggest a fan at the outset when the weather is this damp. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied.
I like the service you provided my carpet looks great, service man was very polite and careful while in my home and appreciated it when he offered a protective spray for it it help with future stains did not know anything like this was available.
