Scott was very professional and made sure all my questions were answered upfront. He also explained the steps he was going to use for cleaning my carpet. The carpet was much softer once it dried, then it had been after previous cleanings by other companies.

I only put a 9 because I wanted to provide comments. Your services, at present, or no better or worse than your competitor. Your competitor is much, much cheaper. However, The proof will be in how quickly stains return. Your competitors cleaning services are very good but the stains come back in approximately a month. It is been right at 24 hours since you left. Of course it looks clean but I need time to evaluate
