We had Paul and he was great about explaining everything and alerting us ahead of time of possible problem spots. I was surprised at how quick our carpets dried. I was very happy with the results from our carpet cleaning.

My carpets are very clean, and I like the idea of not using a dirt attracting soap. It did take a longer than expected time to dry, more than 24 hours which delayed me returning pieces back into the rooms, but overall, I'm happy with the results.
