My carpet was very soiled in the traffic paths and the tech got it amazingly clean! There were no bad odors after the process it smelled clean and fresh! The technician was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, quick to do the job and made special effort to get my carpet as clean as possible!

We were impressed with the young an who did our carpets and the quick service we received--did not have to wait weeks to have our carpets cleaned. He young man was thorough, polite and went right to work. Also, explained well what he was doing. The job was very satisfactory If do have one suggestion. There were two spots that I had to do with a Shaw cleaner. I think they were in shadow when the young man cleaned. Might watch for those more carefully.

This was the fastest and freshest carpet cleaning our home has ever had.
I have many shampoo's on carpet throughout the years but I can honestly say that this time surpasses any of the other treatments. Josh was so good at explaining everything he was going to do, asked for questions and made sure I understood the procedures. After it was finished everything was back where it belonged and in a coupl hours a fresh aroma filled the house. The carpet looked like new even though it is 11 years old. Great job, Josh!

I like the way your formula takes out the pet odor. There was a spot they missed and they came back within an hour to clean that spot. The guys that came to clean the carpets were very respectful. I'll call them again.
