Friendly staff. Travis and Chris were both very professional and efficient. We had cleaning done to both our main floor, basement and steps. We were very impressed overall and even some tough stains they were able to remove. I was especially happy with how our carpeted steps cleaned up. I feel good about having guests for our upcoming graduation party with our clean carpets.
I have serious allergies to EVERYTHING! I was concerned that there may be scent or smell that would set them off - I had ZERO reaction during or after the carpets were cleaned! This is unheard of in my life! I react to everything! No smell, no anything! Just nice clean carpet.

We appreciated the efficiency with which the services were performed and especially the results. The technicians were able to deal with and delete a few stubborn stains that we were unable to get out. We will definitely call in the future if we need our carpets cleaned.
What drew us to your service was positive word of mouth and the fact that unlike other companies,you use natural agents for the cleaning process. Clean,light fragrance.Cleaning left our carpet softer than new,products used miraculously removed very old & embedded stains other cleaners couldn't budge.our techs deserve an A+++. They were thorough and took the time to discuss our options every step of the process. They were pleasant and even unbothered by our two excitable dogs.
