The young men that cleaned the carpet were very professional, and asked if everything looked good before they left.
Product is ECO friendly. Tech was knowledgeable but also willing to call manager if he didn't know the answer. Was sure to put on booties so he would not track into the house.

I so appreciated how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment to have both the duct work and carpets cleaned on the same day. The carpet technician kept in touch with me throughout the day to discuss the concerns he had, and he thoroughly explained what could be done to achieve the most successful outcome.

I know my carpet was a challenge because it is white, but Nathan, with extra effort to some areas, make my tired, white carpet become refreshed and beautiful again. If you can clean my white carpet – you can clean any carpet!

Paul was a super nice guy and did a good job. The one thing I remember when listening to your commercial on the radio was it said that there would be no crunchy feeling of the carpet after Zeroez cleaned them like the other companies (which I have had after other carpet company cleanings) but all of my carpets that were cleaned the other day had the same crunchy feeling after they dried.
Paul was very knowledgeable and very informative. He explained everything before he started and was very efficient.

Well the reason I waited to leave a feedback is because I wanted to see if any of the stains came back. Sad to say, but at least half the stains came back. With that being said, were the stains just to much for your product? or was your product just not that good? When your rep was there, he stated that he had seen MUCH worse than our stains. So, I'm not sure what to think of your product. I will say, your service people that came out were AWESOME. Very professional, and courteous. Only reason I'm giving this a ten is because of your service men, not the product. Would I recomend your product? Still up in the air about that. Sorry. Wonder if anyone really reads this??
