The customer service made my appt so easy. From the confirmation email of my appt with tips to get ready for my carpet cleaning to an emailed receipt as soon as the appt was done. I've used other carpet cleaning companies but never has my carpet looked and smelled so fresh. The carpet fluffed back up and felt great to walk on. It wasn't mashed down, crunchy or sticky like other cleanings have left it. I'll be using them again for my home and I'm going to make an appt for my business also!

I received exactly what was advertised, a VERY CLEAN Carpet, with "Zero Residue". I used a national "chain" carpet cleaner a couple years ago, and this was a much better/deeper cleaning and I'm much happier. I have already started telling friends and family, will continue to do so, and I will have Zerorez back again for other parts of my house.
No chemicals. The carpeting looks as good as it did when it was first installed seven years ago.

The workers were great and the carpet seems very clean. I just did not like the extra charge for water disposal (or something like that) - the radio commercial did not mention it. I think it should be something that is factored into your price.
