The cleaning removed a strong animal odor from the carpet in our rental property. The technician was polite and courteous, and made sure I was satisfied.
It got a most of our pet stains out. It left our carpet a little crispy when it dried but after going over with the vacuum it went back.

Nate was polite, respectful, honest and thorough. He knew we had a deadline to meet as our homebuyers were doing their final walk through in a matter of hours, so he made not only the effort to be on time, but actually called to see if he could come early. That was awesome! Nate is a hard worker and both personal and professional integrity are important to him. I was thrilled that he was able to get the stains in the dining room out completely. In fact, after all the cleaning and raking was completed, the carpets looked better than new. I am very impressed both with Zerorez and Nate and the excellent job they did cleaning our carpets. When he knew he wasn't going to be able to get the wear marks out of my husband's office, he called me in to show me and explain why. Most companies would not have done that. Nate's personal character was shining through in how he represents Zerorez. He was very kind and accommodating and even took a bag of trash for me when he didn't have to. I have heard about Zerorez for a long time on KGBI and finally decided to try them out. SO glad we did!
