I appreciate that I was able to schedule the carpet cleaning within a reasonable time frame, and I also greatly appreciate the end result of the carpet cleaning. The person that left the apartment may have used a steam cleaner, and the result was fair. There were small heavy stains in the carpet that I did not want to live with, so I called my favorite cleaner Zerorez and the end result is outstanding! It looks like brand new carpet, and so soft. Thank you Zerorez, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Good explanation of your service by the tech - like that you only use water and bring your own. The large head on the vacuum was nice and the tech also spent a lot of time going over high traffic areas. I've had other carpet cleaners take a quick swipe and they were done.
