Danny & Dennis were fast, professional and even showed up early (of course they called ahead to make sure that would be OK). They were able to show us before/after photos of our ducts, which were totally disgusting before being cleaned! We hired Zerorez to clean the ducts because we were certain our allergies were being magnified due to the dirt. So far, we have been breathing easier and sneezing less!

No mess from the duct cleaning.The tech explained everything before he started. The end price was the same as what was quoted on the phone when we set up the appointment. The tech doing the duct cleaning passed the key off to the carpet cleaning tech, so we did not need to stay.
No smell from the carpet cleaning. Very professional and explained the different options. He did not pressure us into services we did not need. Very competitive price. Placed corner protectors to avoid damage to the wall from the hose. Very little moisture left in the carpet, so it was dry the next morning.
We have used other companies, but we will use Zerorez in the future.

Very thorough. Quick turn around for appointment. My technician took his time to go over the services and even called me downstairs to show me exactly what was coming up from carpet. Disgusting!! I had my kitchen and bathroom tile grout done and the floors look brand new. I thought I was going to have to recolor grout but he got them sparkling clean. Even the travertine time, with all of its natural pits and grooves came clean. They had become dark brown/black over the years with build up of dirt and grime. Now it looks like a freshly remodeled bathroom. Very happy! Kind of pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Will be calling them back out next year!
