Most to all of the stains came out of my carpet. Gentleman who came to clean was very professional and told me exactly what he would be doing before he started. Would use them again and recommend them to others.

Mr. Taylor was very friendly, he took as much time as needed to explain the services your provide for your customers. He was not pushy, but seemed genuinely interested and concerned for my concerns and questions about your services. He wasn't in a rush to get in and out in as short of a time as possible. He was easy to talk to and answered all of my questions.
He informed me that in the two small bedrooms that he treated and shampooed, if the stains that were in them should reappear he would be more than willing to come back and retreat them. The carpets in those rooms are very old, and I never expected them to come out looking as good as they did. I couldn't see any of the old stains in them when he finished. But he said that they could bleed back up to the surface. So after my company leaves, if I notice that that happened I can call and he would come back and retreat them again as he said.

Fast, professional, on time & thorough. Plus, this is fastest I've ever seen our carpets dry after a cleaning. That was an unexpected bonus--less "down time" in the rooms we had cleaned.
Floors didn't feel sticky, fans helped dry carpets quicker. Tech answered all my questions, explained process and how empowered water works.
The technician was very professional and explained the value of the pretreatment process. He also explained the reasons for color variance during the drying in the high traffic areas. Carpets dried within 8 hours, and where I put fans they dried in about 4 hours. Too soon to know the real value of the products, as will need to see how long the areas stay looking clean and fresh.
