Both of the Techs were very good. Chris and Chris took their time, and asked me more than once if there is anything that I felt they needed to go back over a second time to ensure my satisfaction. I truly appreciated the time and effort that they put into cleaning my carpets. They were very professional in their approach and conducted themselves with equally the same professionalism.

The gentleman that came to our home was great! When I called to reschedule I requested Saturday morning. It actually got scheduled for Saturday afternoon when they did the confirmation call. I was happy they could change it the morning as requested. My only suggestion is to make sure you are scheduling for the right time.
