I only put a 9 because I wanted to provide comments. Your services, at present, or no better or worse than your competitor. Your competitor is much, much cheaper. However, The proof will be in how quickly stains return. Your competitors cleaning services are very good but the stains come back in approximately a month. It is been right at 24 hours since you left. Of course it looks clean but I need time to evaluate
