carpets are not at wet as with some other processes. The carpet is very clean and free of residue.
It does an amazing job of cleaning out the dirt and stains and doesn't wear out my carpet. It actually made it look so much newer and revived it. I was thinking of tearing it out till I got it cleaned by Zerorez.

Prompt and great customer service! Both times I have used zerorez the results have been wonderful.
We just moved into a house whose former owner had a couple dogs and you could smell it. The staff at zerorez was super kind and friendly, and they made the carpet look and smell like new.
When the representative showed up I showed him several stains from coffee, juice and other stains and the cleaner they used removed all stains.
