I already recommended you to two friends! My Zerorez professionals explained everything in a way that I could understand. They called before arriving and were on time. The carpet looks better than when we moved in. The orange peel smell was very nice. My carpet is still wet, but I think that they got all of the pet stains out, which I thought was impossible. I was looking into buying new carpet, but now I know that my carpet can look like new!

My tech was on time- actually a but early but he called first to ask if that was ok. He did a beautiful job and my lifeless rugs looked new. The fresh scent left behind is light and natural.

Removed old furniture rust stains, so happy about that and also feel so good about adding the bio-clean process for my in-home daycare for kiddos, running, walking, playing and crawling.
