Technicians were professional & knowledgeable. Carpet looks great now. My only complaint is the air duct technician unplugged something so he could use the outlet but did not plug the item back in when the job was complete.

Our first service was not great at all, but Zerorez sent out another guy to come re-clean what we were not happy with and this guy, Charles, did a phenomenal job!
