We have 30 year old carpet we are saving up to replace but the multiple stains from pet to Port caused by both past and present owners had become beyond tolerable! Your technicians were wonderful! They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Stains that we thought would never come up are gone! The carpet isn't perfect but it looks better than it has in 25 years! We no longer use the area rugs that we put down when we moved in and had rented a machine to clean it ourselves. The best part is, I didn't cringe when our nephew put his toddler on the floor to play! Thank you! Kristin (please omit last name)
